We’ll be upgrading core infrastructure. We’ve scoped a 60-minute window, but we expect the actual interruption to be ~15 minutes. During the window you may see elevated error rates to the Tavus API and brief Developer Portal downtime. Webhook deliveries may delay and retry automatically. We’ll keep the status page up to date-feel free to subscribe for alerts.
Potential impact: Requests to the Tavus API (/v2/*) may experience elevated error rates or brief timeouts Persona creation, training, and media generation requests may fail or queue Developer Portal / Dashboard may be temporarily inaccessible Webhook deliveries may be delayed; pending events will retry automatically Live session initiation and Pipecat/E2E integrations may fail to start or disconnect Immediate invoice issuance and billing dashboard updates may be delayed
